This website is operated by DEWITCO LLC, doing business as AgenCFO (“AgenCFO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide bookkeeping and fractional CFO services for agencies and e-commerce brands. This policy explains what personal information we collect through agencfo.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact and booking details. When you book a call or message us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you include in your message or scheduling form.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and scheduling providers automatically log standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not run advertising or analytics tracking pixels on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your questions and schedule your call.
• Provide, manage, and improve our services.
• Send you information related to a request or engagement you have started with us.
• Comply with our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use trusted third-party providers to run our business, such as our scheduling and CRM platform (the booking widget embedded on this site), email, and hosting. These providers process your information only to provide services to us and are required to protect it. They may store data on servers in the United States.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain our business records, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
