The role
What you'll do
- Use financial models to drive decisions on growth, pricing and marketing spend
- Plan cash flow and unit economics across Shopify, bol.com, Amazon and wholesale
- Turn complex data into clear recommendations founders can act on
- Manage our bookkeeping and accounting partners
- Build long-term client relationships and own their outcomes
What you won't do
- Chasing clients
- Bookkeeping or tax prep
- Admin and coordination
What you bring
Experience
- 3–5+ years in finance with hands-on ecommerce experience
- Leadership experience where you owned the outcome
- Deep grasp of inventory, unit economics and cash conversion cycles
- Strong financial modelling, with a critical eye for errors and the ownership to fix them first
- Solid with Xero and QuickBooks
- Curious about AI and better ways of working
- Fluent English, able to cover a good share of European and US hours. Dutch is preferred
