What We Need From You
- 3-5+ years in finance with significant ecommerce exposure
- Previous leadership experience where you owned outcomes
- Deep understanding of inventory management, unit economics, cash conversion cycles
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and tools like Xero, QuickBooks
- Proven ability to manage accounting partnerships without doing the work yourself

This is full time work with us. We will start with paid assignments and a trial period to ensure fit on both sides.
What You'd Actually Be Doing
You join our team managing and will build up to manage up to 10 ecommerce clients as their fractional CFO.
Your core work:
- Building financial models that drive better decisions, turning complex data into clear recommendations.
- Advising on inventory, hiring, expansion decisions
- Managing relationships with our accounting partners
- Staying ahead of client needs so they're never surprised
- Driving measurable improvements in profitability and cash flow
You're not doing bookkeeping. You're not preparing tax returns. You're being their CFO.
We handle sales. Our Client Success team handles onboarding, access setup, scheduling, and coordination. You stay focused on strategy and outcomes.
